Yes. We act as a verified reseller for genuine software distributors. All keys are valid for Perpetual use (unless stated as a subscription) and support official updates from the manufacturer.

It depends on the specific product. Most “Retail” keys are for 1 PC only. If you need a multi-device license (e.g., for Office 365 Home or Antivirus), please check the product description before purchasing.

Order Returns

We provide the official download link directly in the email along with your license key. We always recommend downloading directly from the manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft, Norton) to ensure you have the latest, virus-free version.

Don’t panic! 99% of errors are due to typing mistakes or installing the wrong version (e.g., trying to activate Windows 10 Home with a Pro key). Please double-check the version installed on your PC. If it still fails, take a screenshot of the error and email us.

Yes. We strongly recommend completely uninstalling any previous versions of Office or Antivirus software and restarting your computer before installing the new one to avoid conflicts.

Since license keys are digital goods, we can only offer a refund if the key is proven to be invalid or defective. We cannot refund “change of mind” purchases once the key has been viewed or delivered. Please read our full Refund Policy for details.
