1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to softdrive.net (the “Website”), operated by MASOFT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site and must discontinue use immediately.

MASOFT LLC is a legally registered entity in the State of Wyoming, USA. All transactions and agreements are conducted under this jurisdiction.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

We act as an authorized retailer of digital license keys. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge the following:

• Activation: You are purchasing a valid license code intended to activate software from respective third-party developers.
• Developer Relationship: We are not the software developer. We are not liable for software bugs, compatibility issues, or feature changes made by the developer.
• Usage: Licenses are for personal or internal business use. Resale is strictly prohibited unless the product is explicitly labeled as a “Reseller Pack.”

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from typographical errors or incorrect pricing data.

Security: Payments are processed via [Stripe](https://stripe.com) or [PayPal](https://www.paypal.com). We do not store sensitive financial data on our servers.

Verification: To mitigate fraud, high-value orders may require additional verification (ID or phone confirmation) before the digital key is released.

5. Delivery Policy

Method: Products are delivered electronically to your provided email address and available within your account dashboard.

Timeline: Delivery is typically instant (within 15 minutes). However, manual fraud checks or stock replenishment may delay delivery for up to 24 hours.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Generally, a refund is only eligible if a license key is proven defective and a replacement cannot be provided. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once a key has been viewed or delivered via email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASOFT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Wyoming.
