1. Digital Products Guarantee

At softdrive.net (operated by MASOFT LLC), we strive to provide a seamless software experience. Because license keys are digital assets, our refund policy differs from physical goods. We guarantee that every license key purchased will be valid and functional. If a key fails to activate, our priority is to troubleshoot the issue or provide an immediate replacement.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund under the following specific conditions:

• Defective Keys: The license key is invalid, previously used, or defective, AND we are unable to provide a working replacement within 24 hours.
• Stock Issues: You purchased a product that is out of stock and we cannot fulfill the order within our guaranteed window.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Once a digital key has been revealed or sent via email, it is considered “consumed.” We cannot offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after the key has been delivered.
• Incompatibility: Purchasing software incompatible with your hardware (e.g., a Windows key for a Mac). Please verify [System Requirements](https://softdrive.net) before checkout.
• Incorrect Selection: Purchasing the wrong version (e.g., Home vs. Pro) if the key has already been accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To report a defective key or initiate a request, please follow these steps:

• Email orders@softdrive.net with your Order ID.
• Include a screenshot of the specific error message encountered during activation.
• Our technical team will review and respond within 12–24 hours.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming “Item Not Received” after a key has been viewed) is a violation of our Terms. Softdrive reserves the right to terminate accounts and revoke licenses associated with fraudulent disputes.
