1. Delivery Policy: How It Works At Softdrive, we are proud to offer a fully digital, eco-friendly delivery system. We do not ship physical boxes, discs, or USB drives. Instead, we deliver official license keys directly to your email and user account.

The Process:

• Purchase: Complete your payment securely via our checkout.
• Delivery: Within minutes, our system automatically sends an email to the address you provided.
• Access: This email contains your unique License Key and a link to download the official software.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: Instant (5–15 minutes). 95% of our orders are processed and delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
• Manual Review: Up to 24 Hours. To protect our customers from fraud, some orders may trigger a manual security check (e.g., high-value orders or unverified locations). In these rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the security of the transaction.

3. Where to Find Your Key If you have purchased a product but haven’t seen the email yet, please check the following:

• Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails often end up here.
• Promotions Tab: (For Gmail users).
• “My Account” Dashboard: You can always view your order history and retrieve keys by logging into your account on softdrive.net.

4. Activation Instructions We don’t just leave you with a code. Every purchase includes:

• A step-by-step installation guide.
• The unique product key for activation.

Need Help Activating? If you encounter any errors during installation, please do not panic. Take a screenshot of the error message and contact our support team immediately. We will help you troubleshoot or provide a replacement key if necessary.
